Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role based in Lahore and located on-site at Maverick Wells. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR team in a variety of areas, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and employees across the organization to ensure that HR processes and policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus, but not required.
