The Role

The Finance Systems Administrator will be responsible for auditing and administering their in-house SDS system which monitors the casino’s 180 electronic gaming machines, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information it contains. A large focus of the role will be auditing and there are a number of tasks being performed on a daily and monthly basis, including analysis, reconciling daily performance reports, develop, monitor & report quality data metrics and data entry. You will also be required to extract daily summary reports from our F&B system for inclusion in the revenue journals and trading analysis spreadsheet.

A secondary role will be to provide back up support to other members of the Finance Department from time to time to cover annual leave and sickness.

Training of audit techniques required to successfully administer the system will be provided.

About You
• 5 Years’ experience in finance support role
• Experience in analysing data and business systems
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Identify opportunities and provide solutions to meet business goals

The successful candidate will be analytically minded, have a strong eye for details and numbers, you will be able to pick up new systems with ease and navigate across various reporting functions.
