• Responsible for the recruitment and placement of employees.
• Develop job descriptions, requirements, salary plan and pay structures for all positions.
• Scout, process, recruit, train, and manage talents and employees.
• Monitor employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
• Discuss employee needs and qualifications with department head and management.
• Ensure overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of talent programs are realized.
• Develop training programs and organize employee orientation.
• Develop, plan, and organize the activities and actions of the talent department.
