DESCRIPTION
As a Process Engineer (m/f/d) you will work on complex technical problems and challenging future solutions to ensure daily and future production volumes and product quality. You lead internal project teams and provide cross-departmental advice as an expert on technical and methodological issues.
Your tasks include:
· As a Process Engineer (m/f/d) you will provide technical support to ensure production in terms of quality and quantities
· You have process responsibility for an assigned production area in the clean room
· You always keep an eye on the implementation of in-process controls and statistical evaluations
· For continuous improvement and acute manufacturing problems, optimize the use of systematic methods
· You are responsible for qualifying equipment, validating processes in accordance with internal and external regulations, and carrying out and collaborating on internal audits
· You will be responsible for creating risk analyses, work and testing instructions
· In the event of production disruptions, you will lead a task force and coordinate corrective measures
· You form the interface to the production, engineering and quality assurance departments in both Aachen and Danvers
QUALIFICATIONS
Your profile:
· You have completed a technical or scientific degree, preferably mechanical engineering or medical technology
· You have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the field of medical technology/pharmaceuticals/life sciences
· Experience in project management as well as knowledge of Six Sigma, GMP, Lean Production & process validation
· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MES (e.g. Siemens Opcenter) is an advantage
· Strong hands-on mentality with analytical skills and a high willingness to take on responsibility
· Initiative and independence with enjoyment of teamwork
· Very good knowledge of German and English as well as moderation skills
