Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing existing accounts, prospecting and acquiring new customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and provide market insights, and will work closely with customers to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships
• Proven track record of successfully prospecting and acquiring new customers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and selling skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Experience with international sales and exporting is a plus
