We strive to provide thoughtful and pragmatic counsel and to minimize risks as we pursue business opportunities. We are a friendly, collegiate team, and we thrive by working together when assistance is required, to solve complex challenges, supporting and learning from each other, and having fun!

What We’re Looking For
• 5-8+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multi-national company supporting business needs across a number of APAC countries
• Significant experience negotiating technology subscription agreements, license and support agreements, and cloud services agreements with large enterprise customers
• Experience and aptitude in working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions and concerns.
• Experience with open-source licensing and business models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an appreciation of different cultural sensitivities
• Ability to use sound judgment to address complex issues while maintaining an appropriate balance between legal and business requirements
• Ability to communicate complex contract issues in clear business terms to enable efficient resolution
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment
