Our division is driving product and business growth and looking for people who can help us coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement innovative digital inbound and ecommerce campaigns. Duties include researching target audiences, taking responsibility for executing campaign activities, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports, maintaining awareness on emerging digital trends. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist managers in executing marketing campaigns across inbound and outbound activities
• Liaise with campaign stakeholders to guarantee campaign activity deployment is aligned to attribution tracking and KPI measurements
• Assist in gathering, maintaining, and analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales stakeholders to specify attributes of the primary campaign audiences to develop and refine target lists
• Collaborate with stakeholders of related products to monitor target lists for possible overlaps when multiple campaigns may be targeting the same audience.
• Creating or proofing emails, and landing pages ensure best practices are followed, with ongoing attention to improving open rates, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to continually improve results throughout the campaign.
• Develop marketing automation programs - may include integrating with webinars, paid media, PR, social and other groups within the marketing team for an integrated nurture campaign

Other Duties Include:
• Reviewing blog content for SEO keyword opportunities, monitoring and reviewing keyword performance for assigned brands
• Maintain campaign tactic activity logs
• Create or ensure accuracy of tracking links used by stakeholders in marketing and sales are aligned to campaign reporting
• Documenting or maintaining process and campaign deployment guides
• Working with Digital Marketing Managers to prepare and import contact data to augment campaigns or lead processing
• Maintain awareness and advise on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions

Requirements:
• 2+ years successful track record supporting B2B digital/inbound marketing campaigns, email and marketing automation
• Experience:
• With marketing automation platforms and or CRM systems, HubSpot or Marketo preferred but not required.
• Segmenting contacts into target audiences
• Creating and implementing successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention programs
• Proof-reading, optimizing emails and landing pages, A/B testing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail
• Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements and comfortable working with an array of stakeholders
• Education: BA or BS degree required
• Google Analytics, AdWords, Content Marketing certifications beneficial, but not required
• SEO keyword research experience, beneficial but not required
