A U.S.-based company that is providing fixed-income management and sourcing ideas and solutions for investments is looking for a Senior AI Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for writing logical and effective programming to manage business logic and data processing. The company's investment strategy combines a number of different techniques with long-term fundamental value in order to meet the objectives of clients. Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, establish, and refine cutting-edge artificial intelligence models, such as deep learning models, to tackle challenging research issues
• To guarantee excellent model performance, create and deploy efficient training pipelines that include data pretreatment, augmentation, and hyperparameter adjustment
• Work on individual research projects and consider cutting-edge solutions to difficult AI and machine learning issues
• Work on a lot of little vertical projects to gain a lot of knowledge in one field and a lot of autonomous work

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an AI Engineer
• Extensive experience working with LLM, Python, and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is nice to have
• Prior experience and involvement in production
• Strong background in extracting important information from text-based texts utilizing Anthropic's model and OpenAI
• Previous expertise in navigating unfamiliar territory and unknowns
• Demonstrable experience in a productive Cloud environment
• Prior success and a genuine interest in GenAI and LLM, together with the capacity to articulate and debate cutting-edge ideas
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
