A respectable Building Consultancy with offices internationally is now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Qatar.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The successful Senior Project Manager, will bring a comprehensive track record of experience in the Public Sector, preferably having previously contributed to projects in the Healthcare, Education, and Justice construction domains.

The new Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, and also perform Contract Administration tasks.

The Senior Project Manager will work on large scale projects primarily situated in Qatar but will also have the opportunity to work on projects across the UAE.

The Senior Project Manager
• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction Consultancy
• Evidence of delivering projects within the Public Sector
• A deep understanding of Contract Administration duties
• Be a member of a relevant construction/project management-based institute (RICS, APM, CIOB)
• Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness
• Leadership skills
