• *A little bit about the role**

As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Local Area Marketing Specialist.
- Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) strategies to enhance brand and service awareness and drive client growth.
- Collaborate as a trusted business partner with Service Delivery stakeholders across NSW and Victoria.
- Analyse local markets, including competitors and positioning, to determine the most effective LAM approach.
- Work with the broader marketing team to design and deliver LAM tactics across a variety of channels.
- Ensure all marketing efforts reflect brand tone and language and comply with brand guidelines and standards.
- Create and lead events strategy and schedule for engaging the local disability community and referral networks.
- Identify and activate local area sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with organisational values and growth priorities.
- Work with frontline teams to collect and use client stories for paid, owned, and earned media.
- Provide on-the-ground support for community engagement and media-related activations.
- Track and report on performance across LAM activities, including planning and reporting.
- Manage creative assets, including copywriting, photography, and video, across various marketing channels.
- Monitor and optimise creative executions in market.
- Regularly report campaign updates, performance and conversion rates to relevant teams.
- Use client needs and user journeys to enhance LAM direction and improve engagement.
• *What will you bring**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience encompassing traditional and digital channels.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing successful marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Experience planning and executing community events, including risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management to drive and deliver on set objectives and initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and experience with copywriting, editing and content production.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices in a large organisation.
- Proven experience in a client-centric, commercial, or competitive market environment, achieving KPIs and targets.
- Proficiency in producing assets for paid, owned, and earned media.
- Willingness to travel to sites in NSW and Victoria as needed.
- Experience in establishing sponsorships and partnerships (desired).
