Description
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Informing job applications of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Scheduling of interviews in conjunction with management and provide general administration.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
Administer and manage payroll inputs.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and contributes to the development of policies.
Assists in maintaining and updating employee’s personal file, and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential. Responsible for checking, validating, gathering information and follow-up for all department/employees.
Follows all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the company at all times.
Maintains quality service by following and applying company policies.
Employee Relations – probation evaluation, confirmation, etc.
Accordingly update HR master tracker, HR budget, HR monthly monitoring budget, and recruitment budget.
Assist in new and renewal of employee process from medical and emirates id applications, residence visa & labour and exit formalities for employment cancellation.
