About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Software Engineer to join our COLAB team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building AI tools for our internal marketing agency, enhancing efficiency, and developing AI applications for deployment and sale to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in AI and machine learning, along with a proactive and self-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models tailored to specific project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our internal systems and client offerings.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure our tools and applications remain cutting-edge.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Meet strict deadlines and targets, maintaining high standards of work and project management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, including a solid understanding of algorithms, neural networks, and data structure optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in developing AI tools for marketing or related fields.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI capabilities.
• Understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
