Position: Senior PM – AI Scaling & Platform

Location: BJ, China

Are you fascinated with building natural, personalized experiences for Microsoft Office products with experts in Machine Learning and LLM from global teams? Do you want to build AI solutions that impact millions of users globally? Are you passionate about helping people to be more productive and creative in the workplace?

We are looking for a Program Manager interested in leveraging state-of-the-art AI models to deliver high-quality and personalized experiences to users around the world. You will be working closely with global product, engineering, and science teams to scale features on Outlook, Teams and other critical Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications

REQUIRED qualifications include:
● 7+ years of experience in AI product management. Science and platform product background preferred.
● Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
● Customer-obsessed and able to work with customers and internal/external partners to form alliances without authorities.

PREFERRED qualifications include:
● A Bachelor or graduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
● Overseas working experience

The candidate should be passionate for customers, products, technology, AI, and delivering at scale. He/she should work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple partners/stakeholders and should be results-driven. Key responsibilities of this position include:
● Construct sensible product and platform design to scale Microsoft AI features effectively and reliably.
● Deep dive into AI scenarios to understand and improve feature quality in global markets.
● Drive science and engineering teams to build machine learning infrastructures and improve model quality and performance.
● Manage customer requirements and build trusted relationships with partner teams.
● Manage multiple projects with committed timeline and deliverables.
