HR Manager Job Description
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Coordinate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing issues and grievances.
• Managing recruitment and selection process and maintaining smooth onboarding process.
• Maintaining CRM system and processes
• Use data analysis to solve real-world HR problems
• Implement strategic organizational changes to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedure by maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Training, counselling and coaching staff.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and resolving through positive and professional mediation
• Ability to address employees' progress, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to staff.
• Take care of everyday administrative and HR tasks such as pay, benefits and time off.
HR Manager Skills and Qualification
• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR, Business administration or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the MS office suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• 3-4 years proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication , decision making and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management policy, safety, hiring and employee relations; ability to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
