Description

We are looking to hire an experienced passionate Product Manager to join a dynamic fast-paced environment & work cross-functionally with different teams to design, build & roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision & strategy.

Responsibilities:
• You'll be the focal point of contact with medical, market access, field operation, and all other relevant teams to set the markeing strategy & assess the product readiness for launch.
• You'll be the one who ensure the achievement of budgeted sales targets as well as the long-term growth of assigned products and initiate corrective measures in case of deviation from planned sales development.
• As a Product Manager, one of your main responsibilities is to manage the Direct Promotional Budget and ensure that expenses are within the approved budget.
• You'll lead & manage the planning and execution of field (double) visits according to the phase of the product to ensure the maximum customer engagement and flawless implementation of the plans based on the market needs.
• As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for training & updating the knowledge of the existing field force in correlation with the market dynamics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science/Medicine or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working as product / brand manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in Cardio-renal Metabolic disease is a HUGE plus.
• Kuwait market experience is a MUST.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Team-player who is able to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
