About Us

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
• Triage and respond to all internal and external inventory inquiries
• Review and validate equipment requests in Salesforce
• Create required sale / return orders to facilitate the shipment of inventory from

our warehouse to our customer sites
• Analyze monthly reports to identify potential inventory discrepancies
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain or related fields
• Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience with Inventory & Logistics Management systems preferred
• Knowledge of Ascent and Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity and comfort dealing with legal documents and contracts a plus
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels within

the organization
• Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process oriented
• High level of personal and professional integrity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in other analytical tools is a plus
