Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales goals, negotiating contracts, overseeing sales representatives, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales plans and strategies, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in leading and managing sales teams
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Solutions
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in similar roles would be a plus
Experience
2 to 3 Years experience in government/ Education vertical
