Role Overview:
• As a Website Analyst and UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, user experience, and overall performance of the websites.
• You will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of our website, from user interactions to content quality, and using your findings to design and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Analysis**:
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of our website's functionality and user experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Content Assessment:
• Evaluate the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of website content.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize and refresh content as needed.
- User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
• Enhance the user journey by identifying and resolving usability issues.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate proposed changes.
- Web Design and HTML/CSS Development:

• Design and develop visually appealing web pages, landing pages, and interactive elements.
• Ensure responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
• Write clean, efficient HTML and CSS code to implement design changes.
SEO
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices especially onpage and technical SEO.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in website analysis, UX/UI design, and frontend web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.

Salary:
