• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of civil tower models concepts and architecture.
• Having a solid understanding of reading and following design specifications.
• Utilizing knowledge and expertise in implementing various structures such as Monopole, Light Pole, Palm Tree, SST, Mosaic, and Roof Top.
• Performing a wide range of tasks including site acquisition, site survey, design, installation, commissioning, configuration, optimization, and handover.
• Being proficient in civil work and handling equipment from other parties on the site.
• Possessing expertise in working with testing equipment.
• Leading and managing a team effectively to ensure successful completion of work.
• Generating deployment and optimization reports effectively.
• Understanding and performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Analyzing alarms and troubleshooting issues accordingly.
• Communicating and resolving access problems on sites.
• Having knowledge of power systems such as AC power sources, rectifiers, batteries, etc.
• Understanding and troubleshooting external alarms.
• Communicating effectively with third parties and stakeholders.
• Creating comprehensive troubleshooting reports.
• Demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Showing self-motivation to work in difficult situations and being available 24/7.
• Having hands-on troubleshooting experience in the field to address any problems that arise.

Skills
• B.Sc. degree in Engineering (Civil, electronic , Telecommunication and computer from recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the Telecom field.
• Experienced with software programs, Microsoft Office applications.
• Should have very good communication skills.
• Fluent to a very good in English Language.
