The Opportunity

Based at Glendenning and as part of the Group Finance team, you will collaborate with various department to gather, analyse and interpret financial data, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Your commitment to compliance and continuous improvement is essential. You will play an active role in contributing to the success of the business, ensuring aligned assumptions, and championing enhanced business processes and reporting controls.

Key responsibilities:
• Reporting coordination and consolidation of Weekly forecast, Quarterly forecast, KPI reports and communication with the various stakeholders.
• Own and continually develop reporting that responds to the changing needs of the business.
• Deliver high quality and timely analysis on key areas of the Group’s operations.
• Own the budget process, forecast process and controls including partnering with stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to the development of BI dashboard reporting and further enhancement.
• Continuously seek and monitor opportunities for process improvement.

About You
• Proven (2-5 years) of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, reporting processes (PowerBI/Power Pivot, Power Query)
• Achievement in process improvements and ability to self-drive new initiatives
