Graphic Designer
Position Status: Full-time
Classification: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating graphic & design content for the needs of Victory Church and Victory entities. This position will aid the in the design of projects including but not limited to service slides, branding, social media graphics, merchandise, print, etc. The Graphic Designer collaborates with the Senior Designer to ensure all design elements are excellent and true to Victory branding. In addition to design responsibilities, the Graphic Designer will also be expected to be a contributing member to the Media staff through creative meetings and project brainstorms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create designs for print (flyers, cards, handouts, booklets, etc.)
• Design slides for Victory Services.
• Create graphic content for social media.
• Assist the Senior Graphic designer in branding Victory events, Entities and Ministries.
• Design and schedule Victory emails.
• Stay up to date on project list. Executing projects in a timely manner with fresh, creative ideas.
• Strategize and create new ideas to communicate content.
• Obtain input from Senior Designer, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations as well as express ideas accurately.
• Participate in big picture meetings providing ideas & support to Victory Projects including but limited to: Easter, Victory Conference, Christmas, etc.
• Assist the Social Media Coordinator with photo shoots & promotional material.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Advanced knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of how to use Dropbox and Outlook.
• Be knowledgeable and stay current on design and trends.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects & motion graphics is a plus.
• Exceptional creative thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with excellence in a fast paced, creative environment.
