• Clarify requirements from businessstakeholders and validate them against partner needs and techeffort, including company goals (write product requirementdocuments etc.)
• Possess customerempathy and a curiosity mindset. Define customer value propositionsbased on personas or market segments (design thinkingapproach).
• Communicate effectivelywith key stakeholders on product features and act as the main pointof contact for any inquiries.
• Conduct A/B tests workingwith product analysts and data scientists to validate and iterateproduct increments that demonstrate partner and businessvalue.
• Gather and use quantitative andqualitative data, create hypotheses and make informed productdecisions, testing assumptions early to reduce riskupfront.
• Perform user lab testing anduser interviews, to synthesize insights and feedback anddisseminate that knowledge into the tech teams, building betterproducts. What you'll need
