see attached file. I filed an ethics compliant after being terminated through an external ethics compliant firm for Williams Companies. The results of my complaint was substantiated through an investigation. But I was not given the resolution of the case because of confidentiality reasons. I believe if I were given the results of the investigation Williams would be liable in a lawsuit. My employment contract allows for an external arbitrator to hear the compliant with a binding decision. I need someone that I would pay hourly to file the proper paperwork for ADR.org Then request demand letters for the results of the ethics complaint. Demand letter for employee or employees that complained about a crude remark the I made quietly in my cubicle. Finally change my employee file from terminated to retired. If I receive compensation I would give the attorney 33% of the compensation.
