About the Team
This is a unique opportunity to advance your legal career as you become involved in all aspects of Anderson Lloyd’s premium Corporate Commercial practice. You will work in the Dunedin office, alongside Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers.

Working directly with major clients, you will be exposed to a variety of interesting and complex work, including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring and corporate advisory.

You can be confident you will be given opportunities to grow and develop in your practice with the support and guidance to be successful. You will build close relationships and work with the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams.

About You
The successful candidate will be a senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 5+ years of experience. If you have slightly less experience, excellent technical skills, a strong academic transcript, and the ability to engage confidently with clients, you are encouraged to apply anyway!
