Job Description

Neoceptual is an Events Management, Marketing & Event Staffing company based out in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We’re seeking a talented Event Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

Working closely with the events production team, suppliers, and existing clientele. The main purpose of the role is to drive Sales, Awareness, and revenue for the company.

To be successful you will;
• Have experience of working in a targeted sales environment, ideally with some events or venue experience
• Be a hunter - passionate, driven and hungry for new business.
• Lead generation - proactively sourcing new leads and selling to senior level decision makers
• Networking
• Account Management

Event Coordinator Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years prior experience in Kingdom of Bahrain for relevant position.
• Valid Bahraini Driving License
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Outstanding vendor management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders before and during the event to ensure that the event is successful
• Manage event set up, tear down, and follow up
• Manage event staff assignments and delegation
• Maintain event budgets
• Book venues, entertainers, event photographers, and schedule guest speakers/presenters/ Ushers/Promoters
• Conduct inspections before and during the event to make sure everything is up to client standards
• Assess event success and submit findings after every event
