Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one of our clients in Huddersfield to appoint a part-time HR Manager . This is a standalone role and is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional.

This is a 32hr working week contract and duties can be carried out over 4 or 5 days.

The role will involve;
• Co-ordinate all HR Activity onsite by working with Directors, Heads of Department and the extended management team.
• Supporting managers on all areas of ER and performance management
• Advise managers on performance management issues and development plans
• Support implementation of appraisal processes
• Advise and guide on policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and updates to employment law
• Ensure compliance with HR data, administration and systems. Analyse data and produce reports
• Manage terms and conditions, offer letters and contracts for new and existing staff members
• Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process

To be successful in this role you will be:
• CIPD qualified or working towards
• Proven experience operating in a generalist HR role within the Manufacturing sector
• Experience dealing with performance management issues, e.g. employee relations, grievance & disciplinaries, absence management
• Enthusiastic and able to work autonomously
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

The salary advertised is the Full time Equivalant so £32,000 Pro Rata
