Description

You’ll be leading our Mobile Apps team through every phase of the product process: ideation, research, testing prototypes, validation, development, deployment, analysis, follow-up, and iteration, driving both core improvements and new initiatives. You will synthesize research and data into clear, actionable, and phased roadmaps with clear objectives.

In this role, you will
• Work closely and collaboratively with a team of engineers, designers, and other product managers as well as non-technical stakeholders.
• Support, build, and ship our mobile applications, with an understanding of platform best practices and release lifecycle.
• Embrace a close collaboration with cross-platform colleagues to provide a cohesive experience, tailored to mobile app best practices.
• Be committed to product excellence to ensure the smoothest user experience.
• Work in a continuous, iterative “build and release” cycle.
• Look for ways to optimize our development and release processes, setting success metrics and sharing learnings with the organization.

About you
• You are a confident leader: proactive, energetic, driven, and inspiring.
• You have experience working iteratively and maintaining live products.
• You have prior product experience focused on consumer mobile apps.
• You are skilled in various ways to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (e.g., A/B testing, prototyping, spikes, MVPs).
• You have experience in both qualitative and quantitative product research.
• You have strong communication skills and are able to use verbal and written means to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have empathy for our diverse community of backers and creators.
