We are looking for a Product Manager on a fixed-term basis to join our Business Intelligence team. We are a friendly, skilled and highly motivated team and we have some really exciting projects lined up ready for you to get into

This role will be undertaking requirements gathering, leading and running an agile team through sprints, retrospectives and planning to provide our team with clear goals and tasks to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for our company. As product manager/owner you will have responsibility for the backlog as well as championing our agile methodology to the team and the business.

It will require close working relationships with key stakeholders from all levels of the organization and you will be acting as the key business partner for our executive team and senior management to ensure they are crafting the correct goals and metrics for the business intelligence team to develop. You will be expected to show leadership and drive positive change to help raise our business intelligence and data maturity.
• *What will you be doing?**
- Providing leadership to our business leaders to create clear goals and metrics for the BI team to develop
- Building a good understanding of the business and user personas, keeping user needs at the forefront
- Being part of a significant data warehouse project as we uplift our BI stack
- Lead a BI steering group and chair the meeting
- Help drive BI opportunities in the business and prioritise the backlog based upon strategic priorities
- Move us towards having certified datasets, dashboards and reports and help the business implement self service
• *Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Product owner or data & analytics role
- Able to provide leadership and overall coordination
- Experience using Agile project delivery methodologies, management tools and systems
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, discussion facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Data Analysis, technology or similar
