KIPS CSS | Global Age is looking for a candidate that fits the criteria of the below mentioned requirements & having job roles and duties as such;
• Assist to the accounting team to perform the full spectrum of the accounting function
• Prepare and provide timely, accurate financial information and monthly reports to management and the H/o
• Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters and manager cash flow
• Prepare annual budget
• Manage and problem-solve all accounting-related issues
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administration functions
• Administer leave records, medical claims, and other expenses claims
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers and GM on related matters
• To undertake ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and students.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Taking calls from students, responding to emails and interfacing with staff & H/o.

Education: BS/MS in finance, B.Com, MBA accounting/Finance

Experience: 1 year + , Having knowledge of the CSS would be a plus.

Location: Karachi - Al-Samad Tower, 1st Floor, Opp. Bait-ul-Mukarram Mosque, SB-33, Block 13-B, University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Timing: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: 25k+

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
