To meet our challenges, we are looking forour nextCybersecurity Risk and Governance Specialist within theGlobal securityteam This position willbe located inLa Madeleine (near Lille).
As a Cybersecurity Risk and Governance (GRC) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the IT/OT/Cybersecurity strategy and implementation forward, ensuring the protection of the business from security threats and cyber-hacking. You will work closely with various internal and external organisational units, bringing them together to oversee the cybersecurity environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve risk management, governance, and awareness programs to promote a robust cybersecurity posture.
Your key accountabilities will be :
Risk Management : Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Create and maintain cyber risk analysis based on relevant methodologies. Track all security risks and control-related issues and oversee their remediation.Governance: Collaborate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective cybersecurity policies and practices. Provide guidance and expert advice in developing, promoting, and maintaining cybersecurity controls.Awareness: Develop, implement, and monitor the awareness program to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices. Implement, configure, and maintain awareness solutions. Design and conduct awareness trainings for all stakeholders, including technical staff and non-technical personnel.Miscellaneous: Maintain a vigilant cybersecurity watch and share relevant information within the cybersecurity organisation. Communicate effectively with varying audiences at multiple levels of the organisation to foster security maturity.Join our team as a Cybersecurity, Risk, and Governance Officer and contribute to the ongoing protection of our organisation from cyber threats while supporting our growth and innovation in a challenging and rewarding environment

You are proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and you have a strong passion for staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends.

You hold a master's degree / engineerFive-plus years of demonstrated information security management, security compliance, IT audit, and/or cyber risk management experience.Experience working in a multinational company with complex integrated environments in both Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) would be advantageous.Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in a third language being advantageous.Ability to assess computer hardware, software, and systems for security risks or violations and collaborate with IT/OT staff on recommended solutions.Analytical mindset capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports both written and verbal to senior management.Good knowledge of security governance, risk, compliance, and privacy concepts and practices as they apply to manufacturing.Familiarity with relevant industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO, EBIOS, etc.).What will you love about us?
