Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

Alumni Relations and Development have an opportunity for a Database Administrator and Gift Processor.

The role has three key purposes:
• To support the Database Manager in the user administration, upkeep, integrity and health of the Raiser’s Edge NXT database
• To support the Database Manager in the handling of data requests and reporting from the database
• To provide cover and backup to the Gift Processing Coordinator in entry and reporting around gift entry

The role necessitates a mixture of data entry and more complex database reporting and gives exposure to the database administration of the world’s most widely used fundraising database, Raiser’s Edge NXT.

This is a Permanent, Fulltime (37.5 hours per week opportunity)

The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 per annum and will be dependent on experience.

You will have relevant qualifications in IT and/or degree level qualification in a technical subject.

Plus you will have proven diligence and attention to detail, and understand the necessity to maintain confidentiality of information.

Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake
• Excellent computer literacy skills, in particular experience in database querying and manipulation of data in Excel
• Ability to work independently to high standard of accuracy and productivity.
• Willingness to adapt to general duties as required by Alumni Relations and Development.
