Our client is a global leading tier-one supplier in the space e-mobility space that has invested heavily into scaling its R&D team across Europe focused on developing new battery technology.

Overview of the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical system design of battery systems ensuring that systems meet structural and thermal requirements to be manufactured efficiently. You will also have responsibility over a team of engineers.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years experience in mechanical engineering
• Experience with automotive battery systems
• Experience with vehicle level battery systems integration
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to work in Germany
