The Role:

Junior Data Analyst you will be embedded into a core business function and collaborate with the existing team to build reports, develop insight and implement statistical processes that support decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyst data using SQL and R
• Collaborating with business functions for decision support
• Conduct exploratory and investigative analysis on new and existing data sources, analyst and interpret key performance measures and trends
• Identify opportunities with business impact
• Applying statistical techniques to highlight the significance of findings
• Developing business facing reports

Requirements:
• Natural structured analytical approach with very strong data literacy with hands-on experience with analysis and statistics
• Passion for use of data to drive business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Exceptional clarity in written communications
• Confident self-starter with focus on problem solving
• Collaborative, solution focused approach
