Position : Jr. Officer- HR

Gender : Preferably female

Experience : 3- 5 years relevant Experience in HR dept

Qualifications : Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA-HR)

CTC will be up to 3 lakhs p.a.

Job description:

Ø Recruitment:
• Co-ordinate with manpower consultants for receiving resumes.
• Notify vacancies to employment exchange.
• Maintain data bank of job applications.
• Arrange for interviews.
• Complete joining formalities for new recruits.
• Prepare Offer/appointment letters of new recruits.

Ø Training:
• Maintain induction training reports of new employees.
• Coordinate participation of employees for training programmers.
• Update training calendar and records in the system.
• Maintain training feedback forms and evaluating effectiveness of training.
• Update skill matrix records every six months (July & January)

Ø Payroll Management:
• Update data of new & left employees in the payroll.
• Process salary for Goa and Baddi location.
• Prepare salary summary, wage register, bank statements and cheque statements for Goa and Baddi.
• Maintain salary records and final settlements of resigned employees.

Ø Performance Management:
• Issue appraisal forms to respective employees.
• Calculate performance ratings.
• Issue confirmation / increment / promotion letters.

Ø HR MIS:
• Update manpower records-staff and workers.
• Maintain personal files of employees.
• Update monthly employee attrition rate/headcount/ weekly / fortnightly / monthly activities report.
• Prepare Issue salary / service certificates

Ø Insurance:
• Coverage of new employees under medical and personal accident policies.
• Deletion of outgoing employees from above policies and settlement of insurance claims.
• Making medical claim of employees and do the follow up with insurance company to settled claim.

Ø Statutory compliances
• Filing PF/ESIC Challans
• Updating Statutory Registers

Ø Competencies:

ESSENTIAL : Proficient in MS excel, Word, Power point.

Knowledge of latest statutory/Labour laws
