A Well known Saudi company operating across 15 sectors, including construction, energy, chemicals, and mining, is actively looking for an experienced Telecom Site Engineer , you will be responsible for the efficient planning, installation, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring network reliability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and technicians, to deliver high-quality telecom services.Key Accountabilities Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure needs and create detailed reports.Install, configure, and commission telecom equipment (e.g., antennas, routers).Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal equipment performance.Diagnose and resolve network and equipment issues promptly.Implement equipment upgrades to meet evolving technology requirements.Maintain accurate equipment records and site documentation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.Follow safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Prepare and submit reports on site activities and issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Provide training to junior technicians or site personnel as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 Years of experience as a Telecom Engineer.Proven experience as a Telecom Site Engineer or similar role.In-depth knowledge of telecom equipment, protocols, and technologies.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites.Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) may be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
