If yes, an opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join our MENA team. In this challenging job you will be based in the Bahrain diary and you will report to the Senior Product Manager- MENA.

Drive product development of cheese products manufactured in Bahrain diary.

You are responsible for executing operational plans or delivering high-profile/specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.

You will challenge processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning and directing Bahrain dairy sourced projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring the specified project objectives are achieved
• Responsible for managing the constraints of the project, including cost, time, scope and quality of the outcome
• Ensures that the Arla Foods project management framework is followed and that the appropriate tools and systems are used to report and document changes and results throughout the project.
• Maintain clear, visible, and accessible documentation and project plans as well as measure progress, report status and keep track of the overall project tasks and priorities
• Effectively manage internal and external stake holders, whilst establishing solid relationships
• Proactively drives continuous improvement and implements best practices within the project management processes/ tools and ways of working
• Drives activities and projects that reduce assortment complexity to reduce COGS
• Acts as “first point of contact” to supply chain
• Drives day-to-day tasks in relation to market/category requests in a fast and effective manner
• Supports and challenges markets and categories in product and packaging-related issues
• Drives process for market-driven CAPEX
• Owns the Bahrain products set up within 3DX system, ensuring data accuracy and periodical training to Bahrain stake holders involved in SKU set up and release process
• Leads regular dairy/supply chain coordination meetings
• Dairy expert in-depth knowledge of products and packaging
• Responsible for product information and documentation in local systems

Experience

An academic/theoretical degree/post graduate in business or

An academic/theoretical degree/post graduate in dairy/ food science.

4-6 years Product/Project Management experience

4-6 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Product/supply chain knowledge

You like to work at high pace environment and able to navigate in a matrix organization and you look forward to shaping Arla’s future in a very exciting and complex region. A strong impact, excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to details are necessary qualities.
