General Role Description

Highly skilled Mobile App Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management (preferably in mobile apps) and strong project management skills.

Leader in endtoend mobile app lifecycles from conceptualization to optimisation. Crafts strategic product roadmaps collaborates crossfunctionally and ensures timely highquality deliveries. Elevates user experiences through usercentric design principles and feedbackdriven iterations. Monitors and enhances app performance communicating progress effectively to stakeholdersexceptionally creative dynamic and resultsoriented problem solver with exceptional leadership qualities and a sharp customer focus.

Main Duties

1. Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate their requirements into tangible valueadded services and products.

2. Develop and articulate a comprehensive mobile app strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

3. Champion the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concept refining the product to align with what is desirable viable and feasible

4. Develop define and launch mobile products including mobile health text campaigns mobile websites and crossplatform products while working with crossfunctional teams.

5. Integrate research market analysis and user feedback to identify opportunities and threats that create value for users.

6. Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.

7. Used designthinking frameworks to determine new product features.

8. Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain product quality standards.

9. Continually research new ideas and techniques that can be applied to improve traditional processes as well as use designthinking frameworks to develop innovative products.

10. Manage large data migration from one vendor to another including developing project roadmap analyzing hosting requirements UAT plan development and execution reporting requirements and development of business logic and program maps.

11. Ability to handle multiple teams from business to developers to technical effectively.

12. Champion usercentric design principles to enhance the overall user experience.

13. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobile apps.

14. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new features and updates.

Skills
• Excellent knowledge of project and product management tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of mobile UX and experience in creating simple intuitive user interface.
• Experience in app development and a deep understanding of iOS & Android ecosystems
• Proficiency in analyzing app performance data and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking for effective product success
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey product vision and progress effectively.
• Ability of conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams on new features and updates.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving market trends and technological advancements.
• Strong problemsolving skills to address challenges in the product development lifecycle.

• Experienced in Web Design Web Development UI AI Big Data Web Analytics QA SEO Marketing Advertising Ecommerce.
• Knowledge of Business flow time management resources management IT processes and tools in software development with handson experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer engineering Computer Science or related areas.

Experience: 10 years working in the same role

• Product Management Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certifications related to agile product management
• Certifications related to scrum framework
• UX/UI Design Certification
