DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Defining new data collection and analysis processes.- Data collection, data filtration, data cleaning, updating and managing master data. - Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. - Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization. - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports - Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, data validations, data cleansing and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - Validate the data acquired from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets- Creating interactive dashboards and reports to support daily decision making. - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities - Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather data. - Define and Monitor the role, participation and the performance of all the project stakeholders. - Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/ her knowledge, skills and abilities. - Train the hospital staff in various processes of data cycle including methods of data collection, data validations, data cleansing, creating dashboards and reports. - Developing models that can be used to predict future outcomes based on current trends.- Ready to take-up responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the department needs. - Encourage and build positive relationships and communicate effectively with all co-workers and internal customers. - Ensure compliance with applicable standards of the Joint Commission International Accreditation and CBAHI. - Supports the Quality department in maintaining international standards of patient centered care. - Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.- Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for staff and families. QUALIFICATIONS :- A bachelor s degree preferably in information management or related fields (computer science; information science). - Certified Data analyst PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:- Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as a data analyst preferably in healthcare set-ups. -Skilled to use various data analysis methodologies, and visualization Software s. -Ability to handle large amounts of data and convert them into meaningful actionable insights. - Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. -Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power BI, SPSS, Microsoft Project etc. - High-level written and verbal communication skills. SPECIALIZED SKILLS: - Detailed background knowledge or hands-on experience in handling large amounts of data relevant to the healthcare systems. - Ability to analyze large datasets 8.3 Ability to develop & design comprehensive reports - High level of verbal and written English - Confident with strong decision-making skills - Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities -Excellent planning and time management skills
