HR SPECIALIST CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Diversified Conveyors International is seeking an HR Specialist to become an integral member of our HR team. This person will be looked upon to execute these and other responsibilities:
Responsible as Stewards
· Compiles and prepares possible candidates and submit to the hiring manager(s)
· Effectively communicate to both candidate and hiring manager timely
Make It Better
· Help DCI better leverage existing HR processes
· Help strengthen employee retention as well as growing the overall team
Develop Unique Greatness
· Recruit candidates that are both qualified and excited to experience the DCI culture
· Understand and Communicate the robust benefits that DCI offers
Time Matters
· Help shorten the closing cycle to “Best in Class” timeframes by driving efficiency and timeliness of recruiting and HR functions.
· Assist in the implementation of benefits and onboarding processes.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Experience in recruiting a plus
General knowledge of human resource procedures
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven teamwork
Skilled in record keeping
Attention to detail
Able to identify, offer solutions, and resolve problems in a timely manner
Dedicated to handling confidential work in a sensitive manner

Position Information
Full Time position; salary with benefits
Work Schedule: 50 hours per week
This position will work from the Memphis, Tennessee office and report directly to the Director of People and will have frequent direct interactions with the Payroll/HR Admin as well as employees.
