Senior Product Manager – £57,000-£63,000 – Hybrid (London)

Company

I am working with a B2B SaaS company who are using behavioural science to help customers make unbiased hiring decisions hence increasing the quality of hire and increasing diversity.

Role

As they are launching a new functionality, they are looking for a senior product manager to join their team. Sitting within their product and engineering team, you will contribute to defining the product roadmap, work with data to analyse what works and work alongside design and engineering teams to understand how they help their clients debias hiring.

You
• Experience in product management in software – product discovery and product strategy.
• B2B SaaS experience is key.
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in working cross-functionally with design and engineering teams.
