We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) to become part of our Shop Applications Team at ABOUT YOU! Our Shop Applications Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website, and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers.

Our products focus heavily on personalization and fashion inspiration, as well as offering an intuitive and easy-to-use user experience. What you will do
• Be responsible for the UI/UX Design of our ABOUT YOU Mobile and Desktop Website and work on innovative software solutions in the eCommerce industry
• Be part and collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers of the Web Stack Scrum team
• Represent the customer's point of view by breaking down user problems and complex systems and translate them into easy to use interfaces.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups that illustrate user flows and concepts
• Translate feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs for digital products that provide a great experience to your users
• Ensure holistic and consistent design solutions across all products
• Build components, from simple to flexible/ nested ones
• Create functional and responsive designs (desktop and mobile web)
• Create prototypes, from low to high fidelity

Who you are:
• You are a strong designer with a good understanding of complex product structures and complex user flows
• You have experience with web products
• You possess 2-3 years of practical experience in UI/UX Design
• You have a strong track record of using Figma & Figma Prototyping and Adobe Illustrator
• You have experience with creating animation & animation tools, for example using rive
• You are used to using collaborations tools like FigJam or Miro
• You have first experience in creating design libraries and maintaining them
• You have good understanding of product thinking
• You are highly motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:
• You have practical experience and have worked in digital agencies or high-performance tech companies (preferably in eCommerce)
• You know how to conduct usability tests to validate design choices and gather user feedback
