Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist has responsibility for oversight of Connexall’s integrated digital marketing efforts including web content and experience (SEO/SEM), marketing automation (HubSpot), social media management (HootSuite), and performance reporting (Google Analytics). The chosen candidate will leverage their unique skill set to create scalable digital programming that drives engagement and provides data-driven experiences to attract prospects, delight customers, and enlist champions for achieving and exceeding Connexall’s mission, vision, and goals.

The incumbent will collaborate with the Marketing Designer and Marketing Web Developer to update and maintain the organization’s website(s) to assure currency, performance, and optimal engagement. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in all aspects of the HubSpot marketing automation platform to build outbound email nurture campaigns with corresponding landing pages for demand generation and account-based marketing. In addition, this key contributor will be responsible for all aspects of social media management for Connexall, including the creation, scheduling, execution, analytics, and reporting for the organization’s robust social media activity across multiple platforms. Lastly, this individual will have the understanding and insight necessary to analyze and synthesize outcomes data across various digital systems to create regular reporting that demonstrates ROI and promotes continuous process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities
• Implement integrated digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Curate and update the content on connexall.com to assure accuracy, currency, and optimal engagement.
• Administer the Hubspot marketing automation platform, including creation and execution of email nurture campaigns and landing pages.
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social posts that engage with Connexall’s target audiences online.
• Develop outcome-oriented and data-driven digital and social media campaigns focused on engagement, BANT and progressive profiling.
• Actively research information to learn and maintain a strong understanding of Connexall’s products, positioning, target markets, technologies, customers, and competitors. Share the research results with other departments as needed.
• Monitor digital performance across platforms; Make recommendations and implement improvements as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with email and digital marketing resources and assist in achieving lead generation goals.
• Assist Marketing Manager in creating prospect personas, journey maps, and funnel touchpoints for optimal campaign performance.
• Perform regular audits for prospect database maintenance, reporting, and contact list accuracy.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure a coordinated effort and approach is taken with automation initiatives.
• Assess data quality and underlying architecture and subscription systems and recommend future state operating model. Lead data governance for our division
• Collaborate with Marketing team members in go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches or updates to existing products.
• Monitor and measure the impact of product launches, releases, and other product marketing initiatives using analytics.
• Act as the “voice of the customer,” by ensuring customer needs and experiences are considered in every decision.
• Conduct presentations for customers, staff, and external stakeholders as needed.
• Serve as a brand advocate at trade shows, webinars, and professional events.
• Self-manage and balance priorities between competing demands from multiple customer-facing projects, self directed work, and support related activities.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B-focused digital marketing management and execution.
• Background in software as a service (SAAS) and/or healthcare technology experience considered an asset.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
• Background in the execution of active nurture email campaigns as a core component of a multi-pronged demand generation strategy.
• Best practice expertise in managing all major social media platforms including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Skilled in the creation of both push-based and pull-based social media content.
• Experienced in the use of social media management tools such Hootsuite for cross-platform coordination and planning.
• Familiarity and experience in updating and maintaining web content via a WordPress-based graphical user interface (GUI).
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Google Search Console
• Experience in persona-based and account-based marketing strategies and tactics considered an asset.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and the MS Office Suite.
• Well organized, detail oriented, quality minded and deadline driven.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal direct supervision to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously and deliver on expected deadlines.
