Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative marketing specialist with the expertise to drive brand awareness, leads, and program growth? Profitable Association, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a highly skilled marketing professional who communicates and collaborates effectively, and enjoys strategy, responsibility, and helping drive outcomes for marketing, messaging, branding, and execution for both PAI and client projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work directly with PAI’s leadership team to create innovative marketing solutions to increase awareness, engagement, growth, and sales for projects across multiple association clients.
• Work directly with PAI’s President to create and execute a PAI business development and growth strategy.

To include weekly alignment meetings; to execute plans for PAI to attend, sponsor, exhibit, and speak at various industry events.
• Develop and execute overall marketing and business development strategy.
• Create and maintain an email and marketing calendar to meet goals and project deadlines.
• Maintain data assets/lists for message compliance, segmentation, data integrity, and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive leads.

To include executing B2B email marketing campaigns; management of copy, creative, data base, lists, and reports.
• Manage, create, and evolve website and related content.
• Execute and grow social media presence and strategy.
• Provide lead generation for PAI business development and growth.
• As assigned, attend client meetings and association industry events.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Solid understanding of integrated marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with the following:

MailChimp and Salesforce (including integration); Adobe Photoshop or InDesign; WordPress; HTML; SEO Best Practices; Google Analytics, AdWords, and Tag Manager; LinkedIn and other social media Platforms.

Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication(s), PR, journalism, advertising, English, or a related field.
• Experience working for or with Associations on marketing their trade show events and advertising.
