We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to cater to our clients in the DACH region.

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of contingent and EOR (Employer or Record) workers across the DACH region, delivering an excellent worker experience.

The Human Resources Specialist is expected to be self-disciplined, and client focused and must have in-depth knowledge of local employment law and collective agreements. Internally, the job title for this role is Contractor Care Specialist What will you be doing as a Human Resources Specialist?
• Ensure best-in-class service quality and attention to detail.
• Provide expertise on country-specific employment legislation.
• Advise on worker benefits and understand Collective Labor Agreements.
• Build relationships with workers for long-term satisfaction.
• Oversee worker communications, answer queries, and verify new hire paperwork.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Adhere to country-specific health, safety, and occupational health requirements. What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Human Resources Specialist?
• Knowledge and understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss labor laws. Particularly, experience in Human Resources, Staffing Services, or Payroll Processing is valued.
• Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, coupled with the innovative ability to communicate effectively.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional and engaging, demonstrating solid organizational and time management skills.
