Hiring forWe are hiring HR & Admin Executive position at Qibla, Kuwait City onsite locationHe/She will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions, and play a critical role in supporting the company's overall operations by ensuring effective employee management, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and efficient administrative processes.Job DetailsJob Title Executive – HR & AdminJob Type Permanent & Full-time employment (On successful completion of probation period)Job Location Qibla, Kuwait CitySalary Range 250 KD per monthOpportunity An opportunity to join the fastest-growing tech-based wellness with a career path and progressionWork Days Six working days + 1 week off.Work Timings 9 Working hours including 1 hour break time 9 am to 6 pmMandatory Requirement·Excellent written and communication skills in English & Arabic.·Knowledge of administrative processes and HR best practices and policies·Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.·Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Key Responsibilities§ Strategic HR Planning:oDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.oIdentify and address HR challenges, trends, and opportunities to support business growth.oCollaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with the overall organizational strategy.§ Talent Acquisition and Management:oLead recruitment efforts to attract and select top talent for the organization.oDevelop & implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, & selection.oOversee the on-boarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth integration§ Employee Relations and Engagement:oFoster a positive work culture and maintain employee engagement and satisfaction.oAddress employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.oDevelop & implement employee recognition program initiatives to promote a positive work environment.§ Performance Management:oEstablish performance management systems, goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedbackoConducting performance reviews and developing performance improvement plans.oIdentify training and development needs and conduct relevant programs & workshops§ Compensation and Benefits:oDevelop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.oConduct salary reviews, analyse market trends, and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness.oEnsure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices in compensation and benefits§ HR Policies and Compliance:oDevelop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment lawsoStay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and make necessary updates to HR policiesoConduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.§ Administrative Operations:oOversee the administrative functions of the organization, including facilities management, & office supplies.oDevelop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operations and efficiency.oCoordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to support overall organizational needs.§ Procurement and Inventory Management:oManage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating contracts.oMaintain an inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.oDevelop and implement inventory control measures to optimize utilization and minimize waste§ Vendor Management:oEstablish and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance.oMonitor service level agreements and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.oSeek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through vendor management.§ Team Management:oLead and manage the HR and administrative team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.oSet performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunitiesoFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Qualification and Experience required·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (or equivalent).
