Focus:

Lead and supervise technical designs for mission-critical and other types of facilities. Ensure effective coordination of project designs with various disciplines. Maintain and develop positive client relationships, delivering high-quality project outcomes. Conduct site observations and oversee construction administration. Utilize advanced design software, such as REVIT and AutoCAD, for detailed project documentation.

Mentor mechanical staff, fostering skill development and project excellence. Uphold rigorous quality control standards for engineering documents. Engage in sustainability practices and cutting-edge design methodologies.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of engineering experience, with a preference for Registered Professional Engineers. Strong leadership abilities in project management and team mentorship. Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD software for mechanical design. Commitment to high-quality control in all engineering outputs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to forge strong client relationships. Adaptability to changing project needs and willingness to embrace new challenges.
