Project Manager, Multinational Broadcasting Company - 6 Month Minimum Contract

My client who is Multinational Broadcasting Company is looking for a Project Manager to help build a platform which we will bring all the segments, products, and all the channels together and will enable them to scale.

Ethernet is a huge part of the growth plan, ethernet in terms of direct ethernet sales through the direct channel, and wholesale ethernet sales through the wholesale channel.

Within wholesale, which is a big portfolio of work, there is an ethernet portfolio of work as well. My client needs to build the systems that enable them to scale.

They need someone who can come in and coordinate those budget plans, manage Governance across technology. They do not need to have business change or I trial experience.

Not looking for someone that can engage with stakeholders, specifically business stakeholders. They are looking for someone that can manage technology the workstreams and governance associated.

Required to take ownership and own the co-ordination of workstream functions:
• Group Communication & Infrastructure: Ethernet OSS & SOM build, core network built of a multiple layers
• Business Technology: BSS build for new ethernet projects and enhancements
• Group Service: The tech operating model and readiness to launch new services and enhancements
• Data: the building of a new data and reporting set around Ethernet
• + Other areas of the business

This individual needs to own:
• Finances (forecast and actual spend)
• Plan across all workstreams
• The governance and associated reporting

Skills Required:
• Technically minded Project Manager
• Fixed Comms - is a nice to have
• Not looking for lots of ethernet experience but similar experience
