hybrid (3 days a week in the Reading area office - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 2 days remote Do you have 3+ years' experience in an IT or Technical support role?Are you a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and working with end-users?Do you have a curious mind-set and attitude to be proactive whilst having the opportunity to learn new technical skills and knowledge? As a System Administrator , you will have a genuine interest and proven ability in solving IT problem, working individually and part of a small team.
This varied role includes end-user support and offers many opportunities to expand on servers, networking, virtualisation, and cloud skills. Attitude and communication skills are important as you will be working with users daily. A growth mind-set is crucial as you have the opportunity to learn and grow tremendously in this role. • Responsibilities Resolve 1st 3rd line support tickets within agreed SLA'sSupport and maintain infrastructure, network, & systems i.
e. Firewalls, switches, back-up services, SaaS, virtualisation, Linux & Windows serversAdminister O365, Active Directory, and other cloud technologyCollaborate with internal IT technical teams to deliver key projects and services to help expand and grow the business-critical infrastructureLearn new products and technologies System Administrator
• Requirements 3+ years' experience in a similar role with broad technical experienceMust have experience of O65, Active Directory and knowledge of basic networking and infrastructure principles (LAN, WAN, SAN, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
