What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to present insights in an easily understandable manner
• Create content for weekly demand and supply execution process, including back-order status update and forward risks
• Develop standard KPI reports and diagnostics to identify root causes of performance issues and propose corrective actions
• Generate management reports to support operationalization of core processes and provide insight to the planning team
• Maintain and quality assurance of dashboards used by supply planning, integrated business planning, and leadership team

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, SAP, and PowerBI/Tableau
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the medical devices industry
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and PowerBI/Tableau
• Supply Chain Management certification
