Site-Seeker, Inc. is looking for an experienced and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to further our growth into new markets across the US. Our digital marketing firm continues to expand in depth of services and breadth of geographical reach and we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to help us take our clients to new levels of success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing and have extensive experience in a client-facing role. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, including web-development projects, ongoing or seasonal campaigns, execute trade show-related activities, drive and measure lead acquisition, execute business development plans, provide sales support, and, where applicable, promote brand building.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with an agency or dedicated marketing role within a firm
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Excellent writing/editing skills
• Accustomed to client-based work & managing to deadline driven projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:
• Full-Time, Exempt Position
• Salary Range of $55K to $75K ++

Responsibilities
• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders on clients' success
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
• Manage all reporting about the health of clients' accounts
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve clients’ digital marketing and growth goals
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Market through various channels and segment databases working with various groups and data sets
• Track and analyze various channels of website traffic and other impactful digital marketing metrics
• Report on the results of digital marketing campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop business cases and/or case studies for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including lead generation and lead quality
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors to execute marketing and trade show support and execution
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the various teams and leveraging appropriate internal processes
• Manage all marketing materials and resources, including print, email marketing automation platforms, social media accounts and messaging, online advertising initiatives, website, and any other existing or future online platforms to promote the success and exposure of client businesses
• Manage a clients marketing budget effectively, including labor, paid ad spend and software
